Dive Into The Calming World Of Meditation

Just as everyone’s transformation journey is different, so is each individual’s experience of meditation and mindfulness.

Here are my three tips for practicing meditation:

Start Small - if you're new to meditation, start with one or two minutes each day and build up your practice incrementally over time. 

Use the support of a guided meditation - just like the ones you'll find here. Guided meditations are excellent at helping you train the mind and practice mindfulness. 

Consistency is key - It's more beneficial to meditate for 10 minutes each day VS one 60 minute session each week. A consistent meditation practice provides a long lasting impact on the mind.
